Last night around 5:00 PM I wasn’t sure what I wanted to make for dinner, but knew it needed to be easy! Enter: these Cilantro Lime Chicken Kebabs… marinate for 30 minutes to overnight and grill. Literally couldn’t be easier and they are delish. This is a recipe that doesn’t have to be exact (my favorite kind), so feel free to substitute anything or mix it up a bit!
